I am a licensed massage therapist and the owner of Tiara Wellness, where I provide therapeutic, results-driven bodywork focused on pain relief, tension reduction, and improving mobility. I have been practicing massage for several years, developing an approach that is both intuitive and effective.

In addition to running my own studio, I have experience working within a professional setting through the Federal Bureau of Investigation wellness program, maintaining a high standard of care.

I incorporate techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping therapy, and lymphatic drainage, and I use handcrafted, natural products including tallow, shea butter, and plant-based oils to support skin health and overall results. My work is tailored to each client, with a focus on helping them feel better, move better, and get lasting relief.
