I am a licensed Massage Therapist and certified Reiki practitioner in Lancaster, practicing since 2018. Over the last 6 years, I have been serving a diverse patient population at Lancaster General Health, providing bodywork through their Holistic Therapy department. This has given me experience working with patients with a variety of different health conditions, injuries, and chronic pain.

My approach is integrative and intuitive, tailoring every session to each client's unique needs. I incorporate several different techniques and modalities including Swedish massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, Thai yoga massage, and cupping.
