About Mile High Holistics

At Mile High Holistics, we don’t do surface-level massage. We specialize in results-driven bodywork and somatic healing designed to create real change in the body—not just temporary relief. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, injury, stress patterns, or a nervous system that won’t fully settle, our work focuses on one thing: helping your body release what it’s been holding onto—physically, emotionally, and neurologically. This is not relaxation massage. This is targeted, corrective, and nervous system-based care.

What Makes Us Different

We treat the root, not just the symptom. Chronic pain, TMJ, migraines, and tension patterns all have deeper drivers—structural, neurological, and emotional. We integrate somatic healing techniques to support emotional release and regulate the nervous system, because the body doesn’t heal when it’s stuck in survival mode. Our work is trauma-informed, meaning your body won’t open under force—it opens when it feels safe, and that’s where real change happens. We provide full hands-on time with no shortcuts or hidden deductions, and every session is intentional, strategic, and tailored to what your body actually needs.

What We Do

We combine advanced therapeutic bodywork with modern healing approaches to help your body reset, drain, release, and function the way it’s meant to. Services include therapeutic and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, CranioSacral Therapy, somatic healing and emotional release work, lymphatic drainage for detox and inflammation support, injury recovery and chronic pain treatment, nervous system regulation, and prenatal care. We use all-natural, organic products and integrate tools like cupping, hot towels, and targeted therapies without upcharges for members.

Who We Work With

We work with people who have tried everything and still aren’t getting results, clients dealing with chronic pain, inflammation, or recurring injuries, and individuals holding stress, trauma, or emotional tension in the body. We also support those seeking somatic healing or nervous system reset work, athletes and active clients who need real recovery, pregnant clients needing safe, supportive care, and veterans through VA Community Care with PCP referral.

Why Clients Stay

Because they feel a difference. Not just relaxed, but regulated, lighter, and more connected to their body. With consistent work, clients move from managing symptoms to actually changing patterns.

Our Space

We’ve created an environment that feels grounded, safe, and real—not clinical, not corporate, and not performative wellness. It’s a space where your body can finally release, regulate, and reset.
