Kat has been practicing the art of massage and bodywork since 2017 graduating from Thai Yoga Massage and in 2022 from The Massage School in Boston, MA. She believes in the power of touch. Massage is a profound experience and can help nourish the body, mind and spirit connection, letting the nervous system to relax and finding ease within the body.

Kat's focus is to listen to the client's desires for pain management and stress relief while creating a safe and nurturing environment. She loves intuitively incorporating a mix of modalities including Swedish, hot stone, Thai bodywork, stretching, deep tissue and energy work. Her goal is to blend these modalities to deliver a therapeutic healing session.
