Rachel offers a holistic, personalized approach, empowering clients to discover what best supports their individual health goals. With a deep understanding of the mind-body/emotional-physical connection, she co-creates treatment plans customized to the unique needs of each client, addressing the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of wellness. Her commitment to continuous learning and passion for supporting others toward sustainable wellness allow for the integration of strategies that foster long-term vitality.

Her journey began officially in 2008 with Yoga Fit® teacher training, where she was certified to work with special populations. Working with seniors at the Sun City Senior Center was a highlight of her early career, introducing Yoga and breathwork/meditation concepts. She later completed her Integrative Yoga Therapist practitioner training in 2013 while pregnant with her twins, who are now 12. During those early years of motherhood, she led mama/baby yoga classes and created a small community. Following another passion of hers, in 2015, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist and has created a career for herself that allows her to develop her business around her family life and mission to create a positive impact for 7 generations to come.

Rachel never stops learning and has received a degree in Health Science Kinesiology, certifications in various modalities related to Massage, Yoga, movement, and mental health, including techniques such as EFT, NLP, and a Life Coaching Certification- all to better understand her clients and work with them as their needs change. She works with clients individually, small groups such as families, partners, friends, as well as with large groups in classes and workshops.
