Illumination was created as a space to heal your mind, body and soul. I believe that everything is connected, and how you do one thing is how you do everything! If your body is stressed, your mind will be too. If your mind in stressed, your body will respond with pain and tension. At Illumination, you can chose to treat your mind, body or both.

I offer a unique style of massage called Ashiatsu Massage. In the Japanese language "Ashi" translates to foot and "Atsu" to pressure. This is a barefoot massage technique in which I deliver deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing my feet and body weight allowing me to work with gravity instead of against it. This allows for deep tissue work without sharp bony fingers and elbows causing pain. The long deep broad strokes allow for flushing of the system and an overall deeper relaxation.

I also offer transformational coaching services. These are customized to each individual based on your specific needs. These are 60 - 90 minute sessions where we work on improving self love and self worth. I help you manage your mental health and wellness by helping you change your thought patterns to work for you, not against you improving your overall self image and mood. We also work on managing your physical wellness with improving eating habits and finding an exercise routine that is fun that you can stick to. Book a consultation session to see if this is a good fit for you.
