I graduated in 2016 from the Massage Therapy program at River Valley College. During my massage career I have worked with clients to increase mobility and recover from chronic pain and injuries at Dartmouth College and Cioffredi & Associates, provided relaxation massage at The Spa at the Woodstock Inn, helped palliative care patients and caregivers at Dartmouth Health Cancer Center and The Hand to Heart Project. I currently provide services out of Wild Roots Wellness.

My mission is to provide individually focused bodywork in a safe and comfortable environment to find freedom from pain, stress and anxiety while restoring and preserving mobility to increase the quality of life for all clients.
