Sessions are designed to alleviate pain and enhance relaxation, catering to a diverse, clientele, ranging from professional office workers combating tightness from prolonged desk sitting to athletes, maintaining peak performance. The sessions are available in different durations to accommodate your preferences and needs. You can choose from 60-min, 90-min or even 120-min for a longer and more indulgent experience. Whether you're looking for a quick relaxation or a more extensive treatment we've got you covered with the perfect session length.

What to Expect

Your sessions are all about you and your unique needs. In the first session we'll start with an intake and collect all the important information including Health records and past injuries. Once we do that, we'll create a treatment plan that's specifically tailored to your goals.

After booking your appointment an intake form will be emailed to you. The form needs to be filled out and completed prior to your session.
