The one hour option is a FULL body massage combining Swedish and Deep Tissue technique (if desired). Specializing in areas that need the most work.

The 90 minute session incorporates a full body massage with additional stretching and interactive therapies (when desired). This massage can be a relaxing Swedish therapy or and deep therapeutic session. This is the clients choice.
