I began my journey in massage therapy in 2008, drawn to the work by a simple truth I've seen play out again and again: hands-on care can genuinely change someone's health and wellbeing. After stepping away for a few years to raise my family, I returned to the practice with renewed purpose, completing my hours and earning my therapist license in 2023.

My approach blends myofascial release, Swedish, trigger point, and deep tissue techniques, tailored to what each client actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all routine. As a jiu jitsu practitioner and coach, I bring a working understanding of athletic performance, injury, and recovery to every session, along with the strength and body awareness that comes from staying active myself.

What guides my work most is listening to what a client tells me, and to what their body tells me. I trust that intuition, paired with technical skill, to find and address what's really going on, so every massage is shaped around you.
