Through a variety of techniques in my relaxation massage sessions, including Swedish massage, deep pressure and trigger point therapy and manual lymphatic drainage, while also incorporating aromatherapy, and other complementary therapies. I create a truly holistic experience that will calm your mind and heal your body.
