Through a variety of techniques in my relaxation massage sessions, including Swedish massage, deep pressure and trigger point therapy and manual lymphatic drainage, while also incorporating aromatherapy, and other complementary therapies. I create a truly holistic experience that will calm your mind and heal your body.

I have lived in largo FL for almost my whole life, and I love it here. I love spending time with family and friends. My hobbies are art, books, listening to music (local bands), movies and outdoor activities.
