Hello, I’m Tricia, a certified massage therapist with 13 years of hands-on experience. I specialize in therapeutic bodywork.

I address chronic pain, headaches, limited range of motion, stress and nervous system overload, postural issues, and repetitive-use injuries. My focus is not only on relieving symptoms, but on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of tension and discomfort.

I work with a wide range of clients—from athletes and weekend warriors to those simply trying to manage the physical and mental stress of everyday life.

I was trained in the theory of Russian medical massage, and that clinically grounded approach continues to shape the way I work today. It’s why every service I offer includes a therapeutic component—even Swedish.

Although I initially pursued massage for the calming, relaxing benefits it offered, once I began my education I found myself drawn toward therapeutic work. I developed a strong desire to understand and address the root causes of pain and dysfunction.

I now strive to blend both approaches: results-driven treatment paired with a grounded, restorative experience. Every session is customized to your needs.

I hold an A.S. in Sports Rehabilitation Therapy from the Southern California Health Institute (SOCHi).
