Welcome—I'm glad you’re here.
At Healing Light Massage, we specialize in Therapeutic Massage, pain relief, and deeply restorative bodywork designed to help your body relax, release tension, and return to balance.
Your care is provided by our licensed and insured Master Massage Therapist with a background in Health Education and over two decades of experience in Massage Therapy, Health Education, and holistic wellness. Every session is thoughtfully customized to meet your body where it is and support your unique needs.
Included in all sessions for no additional charge: The Healing Light Restorative Journey—a $100+ value enhancement designed to help your body relax, reset, and respond more effectively.

The Healing Light Experience

Every session is intentionally crafted as a restorative experience—not just a massage, but a reset for your entire system.

Included in every visit is the Healing Light Restorative Journey—a $90+ value offered at no additional charge. This immersive layer of care features the Richway Far Infrared Amethyst Biomat therapy ($75+ value), warm, luxurious warm towels for the back and feet ($15 value), weighed heating pad and/or heat packs ($10 value) and immersive meditative soundscapes for restoration.

This is where your body is invited to soften, release, and recalibrate. As the nervous system settles, circulation improves, and tension dissolves more efficiently—allowing the therapeutic work to reach a deeper level.

You’re not just receiving bodywork. You’re stepping into a space designed for deep restoration, energetic alignment, and lasting relief.

As tension releases and the nervous system begins to regulate, your body shifts into a more receptive state—where meaningful change can occur. Stress softens. Pain decreases. The body begins to reset from within.

This is more than a massage—it is a restorative experience designed to support your entire system.

Our Approach

Each session blends skilled massage therapy with intuitive bodywork and advanced wellness modalities, which may include:

Cupping therapy

Frequency-based technologies

Far Infrared (FIR)

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)

Ion-based support systems

Mineral-based therapies (including Germanium)

And other tools selected based on your body’s needs

The Experience

Our focus is simple:

to help your body function better, feel better, and move through life with greater ease.

You won’t just feel relaxed—you’ll feel restored, supported, and more aligned.

Relax. Recharge. Reset. Radiate Your Light.

More about the Far Infrared Amethyst BioMat we uniquely include with all sessions:

https://biomat.com/?_j=healinglight

The Far Infrared Amethyst BioMat is a FDA registered medical device that delivers far infrared (FIR) energy and negative ions through a patented, multi-layered amethyst crystal system.

It is designed to provide temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness, arthritis-related discomfort, muscle spasms, minor sprains and strains, minor back pain, muscle relaxation, and a temporary increase in local circulation where applied.

Used in hospitals and clinics worldwide, the BioMat integrates advanced materials engineering with mineral-based infrared technology to deliver deep, penetrating warmth and whole-body therapeutic support.

Core Technology:

1. Far Infrared Energy (FIR)

Far infrared rays are a segment of the electromagnetic spectrum (5–14 microns) often referred to as “bio-energetic” wavelengths due to their interaction with biological tissues.

These wavelengths:

Penetrate approximately 6–8 inches into the body

Gently elevate tissue temperature

Promote vasodilation and microcirculation

Support oxygen and nutrient delivery

Encourage metabolic waste removal

Unlike surface heating devices, FIR energy warms tissues from within. The BioMat does not instantly become hot like a traditional heating pad; warmth develops as infrared energy interacts with the body.

2. Amethyst Crystal Conduction:

The BioMat Professional contains approximately 28 pounds of high-quality amethyst.

These crystals:

Convert electrical energy into far infrared output

Support even heat distribution

Contribute to negative ion generation

Amethyst has long been associated in integrative medicine with circulatory support and nervous system relaxation. Within the BioMat, it functions primarily as a conductive and emission medium for FIR energy.

3. Negative Ion Generation:

Negative ions—naturally abundant in forests, waterfalls, and oceans—are produced by specialized layers within the mat.

They are associated with:

Improved subjective well-being

Increased alertness

Reduction in stress perception

Neutralization of airborne particles

Physiological Effects & Therapeutic Support:

Research on far infrared energy supports its role in:

Circulatory & Lymphatic Support

Improved microvascular blood flow

Enhanced lymphatic movement

Increased oxygenation of tissues

Temporary increase in local circulation

Musculoskeletal Benefits

Relaxation of muscle tissue

Reduction of stiffness

Support for flexibility and soft tissue extensibility

Relief of minor sprains, strains, and muscle spasms

Inflammation & Detoxification

Support for inflammatory resolution

Promotion of perspiration

Facilitation of metabolic waste elimination

Improved tissue fluid exchange

Cellular & Tissue Function

Enhanced fibroblast activity

Support for collagen and elastin production

Increased metabolic efficiency

Support of immune response via mild thermogenic effect

Nervous System & Stress Regulation

Autonomic nervous system support

Reduced physical and psychological stress

Improved relaxation response

Enhanced sleep quality

Clinical & Regulatory Credentials:

U.S. FDA Medical Device

Japan FDA Medical Device Registration

Korea FDA Medical Device Registration

European Medical Device Certification

UL and additional regulatory approvals

No other infrared mat on the market holds this combination of medical device certifications.

Indications for Use (FDA 510(k))

Temporary relief of:

Minor muscle pain

Minor joint pain and stiffness

Arthritis-associated joint pain

Muscle spasms

Minor sprains and strains

Minor muscular back pain

Muscle tension

Temporary increase in local circulation

Comparison to Heating Pads–

Compared to standard heating pads, the BioMat:

Delivers deep infrared penetration rather than superficial heat

Provides negative ion emission

Incorporates EMF shielding technology

Uses crystal-based FIR generation rather than exposed coils

Usage & Safety:

Designed for home or clinical use

Head cooling pillow recommended during sessions

No risk of “overdose” due to selective tissue absorption of infrared energy

Temperature controlled via digital controller

Longer sessions may induce a therapeutic sweat response.

Higher settings can simulate cardiovascular exertion through circulatory activation without joint stress.

Ideal For:

Individuals with arthritis or joint discomfort

Athletes seeking recovery support

Clients with poor circulation

Chronic tension or stress

Office workers and physical laborers

Older adults

Individuals seeking preventative wellness support

It is also used comfortably by pets for joint and mobility support
