Our intention is place your body in its best possible alignment on the table, so that things can flow and move naturally, and the body is more capable of relaxing fully.

Music

Your choice. Everyone responds to music differently. Serra, personally, has been listening to pan flutes for the past 10 years, so those aren't allowed. I choose other music that helps your body and mind to relax.

Temperature

Of the room, and the table. Heating pad for the back, and eyes. Warm towels under the shoulders.

Essential oils, lighting, temperature.
