I have been practicing massage and bodywork therapy in a clinical setting for over a decade. Besides my certification in massage therapy, I also obtained my holistic health practitioner and yoga certification and continue to challenge myself to keep learning.

I specialize in muscle pain therapy related to stiff neck, frozen shoulder, low back pain, sciatica, and plantar fasciitis to name a few. I also work on individuals with cancer, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and rare medical conditions. I offer deep tissue, sports, swedish, and prenatal massage as well as craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic stretching, cupping, breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness as part of my holistic approach.
