Abhyanga

Traditional Ayurvedic full body massage with warmed sesame oil infused with specific herbs based on your dosha imbalance. Includes marma therapy, garshana (dry brushing using raw silk gloves) and a full body abhyanga massage.

Shirodhara

This session includes a full scalp and marma treatment, neck and shoulder massage, finishing with a steady stream of sesame oil and specific herbs, straight to your third eye.

Pinda Swedana

This session incorporates Abhyanga and an herbal rice bolus, prepared fresh at your appointment. The bolus is dipped into warmed sesame oil and massaged onto your skin. I equate this to hot stone with the awesomeness of herbs
