Owner and Massage Therapist / Integrative Reflexology® at Sage’s Touch Therapy. I know about trauma & anxiety. I’ve learned a lot about trauma and trauma recovery over the past few decades. I believe that massage modalities can be used effectively as an adjunct to counseling, spiritual counseling or psychotherapy and are extremely beneficial. Individuals can recover from trauma and reverse the adversity in their lives.

I specialize in the following techniques: Swedish, Shiatsu, Reiki and Reflexology. My passion is for helping others restore balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually through various forms of touch. I graduated from Rizzieri Center For The Healing Arts in 2000 and received Advanced Reiki Training from The International Center for Reiki Training in 2002.
