Through the knowledge and relationships I've built as a massage therapist, I've opened myself up to a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Massage therapy has been an important tool that I've utilized to become more present, strengthen my mind-body connection, regulate my nervous system, and learn how to listen to my body.

It is an honor for me to able to help others do the same.

I believe that self-love and a dedication to healing ourselves is one of the most radical things that we can do. It creates a ripple effect into the lives of everyone around us. By healing ourselves, we are healing the world. It is my mission to provide an inclusive, trauma-informed space of healing for every human.

When I'm not practicing massage, I can often be found exploring nature with my dog/best friend Leo. My phone is full of pictures of mushrooms and moss, trees and shorelines. I am a person who stares at the stars often and in awe. Music is special to me, and I create playlists like they are the soundtrack to the movie of my life.
