Hi! I’m Amy, and I bring over 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist to every session. My professional background includes neuro rehabilitation, orthopedics, dementia therapy, and patient education, giving me a unique understanding of how the body moves, responds, and heals.

My approach to massage is truly customized to each person. I blend therapeutic, focused pressure with myofascial techniques, stretching, joint and mobility work, and gentle, relaxing movements to address what your body needs that day. I’m not a “one-size-fits-all” massage therapist—my goal is to listen to your body and tailor each session accordingly.

Using my years of clinical experience and hands-on training, I work with muscles, joints, fascia, and the nervous system to help improve mobility, reduce pain and tension, support lymphatic drainage, and encourage relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Whether you’re looking for therapeutic relief, improved mobility, lymphatic support, or simply an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your body, my goal is for you to leave feeling better, moving easier, and more comfortable in your own body.
