Hello, my name is Jennifer. Welcome to Therapeutic Wellness Massage! I started my journey in massage back in 2002. I wanted a career where I was able to help people in a place of calm and well being. I knew that I also needed to work in an environment of calm and well being. Massage came naturally. As life went along I switched careers and went into retail for 12 years, a far cry from calm and well being. But I enjoyed the work, and I was still in a capacity where I was helping people. But after 12 years I realized I needed to make that switch again and massage was calling my name. I decided to go back to school to freshen up and learn new skills. I graduated in 2015 from the Healing Arts Institute, formally in Citrus Heights. I currently have over 800 school hours to practice massage in the state of California.

My goal is to assist you on your path to health and wellness. Massage is more than a luxury or a treat. It is an integral part of your health and wellness plan. The benefits of massage are plenty:

My studio is in Fair Oaks at the cross section of Fair Oaks Blvd. and Sunset Ave. I am centrally located and easily accessible to a large part of Sacramento. I offer flexible hours throughout the week and weekends.

In my personal time I like to spend as much time as I can with family and friends. I also have a Shar-Pei/Labrador mix dog who is the light of my life. I love him to pieces! I also love to read, cook, workout, walk, hike and of course love on my dog!
