Hi there, welcome to Pamper Thyme

Pamper Thyme is a cozy, calming space where you can slow down, exhale, and feel genuinely cared for. We specialize in integrative massage and Ayurvedic bodywork, with every session customized to what your body needs that day.

Meet the team

Hilary, founder, brings years of integrative massage experience and 7+ years of Ayurvedic study. She offers Integrative Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Restore & Flow, and the full Ayurvedic menu, including Abhyanga and Shirodhara.

Stevi brings the same calming, intentional touch, offering Integrative Massage, Thai Massage, and Sole & Soul. A great choice for Thursday and Friday appointments.

Lisa offers Reiki, a gentle, light-touch session for deep relaxation and quieting a busy mind. It pairs beautifully with massage.

New this season
Thai Massage and Sole & Soul, a foot soak and sugar or salt scrub followed by a full body massage. Both available with Hilary or Stevi.

Good to know
Pamper Thyme does not offer prenatal massage at this time.

Taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel complicated or rushed. Your time here is meant to be a true pause, a chance to rest, reset, and come back to yourself.

Warmly,
Hilary
