I began my career in 2018 and have been practicing Massage Therapy in the shoals area for 5 years. I am very passionate about massage and helping my clients reach full potential. Every client receives an integrated and custom massage tailored to their individual needs. I specialize in integrative deep tissue, where i use a combination of stretching, range of motion, as wells as Swedish and deep tissue techniques. I listen to you as well as your body to understand what you may need to accomplish your goals and live pain free. I have now added esthetics into my treatments.
