Hello! My name is Christie. I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in therapeutic massage in Greeley, Colorado. I offer a massage tailored to the individual incorporating myofascial Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, and cupping therapies.

I became interested in massage therapy after my own painful experience back in 2021. I was suffering from debilitating lower back and right leg pain. I had trouble with sitting and squatting as well as just daily living. It affected every aspect of my life. A friend of mine suggested she might be able to help as a massage therapist but, instead, I waited months and months for doctors to find the cause and fix it. When they finally decided they weren't sure but "it could be arthritis" and I would just have to rely on nerve and pain medications for the foreseeable future, I decided to take my friend up on her offer. After just the first session, I was able to sit pain free at a restaurant and have lunch with my husband. After the second session, I traveled in a vehicle for 12 hours with no pain. I occasionally experience some pain in that area still but if I keep a regular schedule of massage, I don't have that deep, debilitating pain. And my life is full of movement and adventure again. I decided I wanted to do for people what my friend did for me so I found a massage school and enrolled. This has been the most exciting adventure for me. I love getting to help people with their chronic pain, stress, and more. Massage has changed my life in more ways than one, and I love getting the opportunity to share all I have learned with you.
