Relaxation, restoration, and connection through massage therapy.

Feeling uncomfortable in your body, in pain, dis-ease, discomfort? Stressed, tired, overwhelmed, off? In need of a good squish? I got your back.

Offerings:

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE
- A blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other modalities to support relaxation, circulation, and wellbeing (aka., traditional massage).
- Best for: stress relief, full-body relaxation, general tension.
THERAPEUTIC SESSION
- Address pain and dysfunction. A targeted, results-oriented approach to address specific and chronic pain patterns, injuries, or movement restrictions. This work draws from Medical Massage (trigger point therapy, NMT, myofascial techniques, cupping, lymphatic drainage, etc.), Visceral Manipulation, Scarwork, and more.
- Best for: chronic or recurring pain, injury recovery, postural tension, mobility restrictions.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
- Incorporates stretching and rhythmic compression. A blend of traditional Thai massage techniques (sometimes called "lazy-man's yoga") adapted for the massage table. Fully clothed: wear yoga pants or something similarly stretchy.
- Best for: get stretched, support recovery, flexibility, relieve muscle tension, get energized.
JFB MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
- Myofascial release using the techniques of John F. Barnes. A gentle, sustained light touch modality that works with the body's facia and nervous system. Instead of using force, this method allows restrictions to release gradually. Sessions are slower and more meditative.
- Best for: trauma or complex issues, sensitive or guarded bodies, nervous system regulation.
MANUAL LYPHATIC DRAINAGE
- Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, hands-on massage technique used to move excess lymph fluid from swollen tissues toward healthy lymph nodes, helping reduce swelling and improve lymphatic flow.
- Best for: reducing swelling following surgery or from injury, infection, or chronic conditions.

I'm Jean, here to help you move better and feel at home in your body.

I listen, understand your goals, and adjust my techniques accordingly. My sessions support healing, improve mobility, and encourage balance. I bring experience from the luxury spa setting, medical massage clinic, and training in the John F Barnes Myofascial Release method to help you feel your best.

When we adapt to stresses, we tighten, numb, suppress, and organize ourselves around survival. My goal is to cultivate a grounded and safe space where your nervous system and fascia can settle and unwind, and your body can let go and allow for a more natural state of balance.
