Hi, I'm Tamara.

I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2019 after graduating from the National Holistic Institute – College of Massage Therapy in California. That same year, my family and I moved to Blacksburg, Virginia, where I had the opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists who helped me refine my skills and grow professionally.

Originally from Chile, my family and I have called the United States home since 2007, when we first moved to Connecticut. I'm also a Reiki Practitioner and have always been passionate about exploring natural approaches to healing. I believe that the body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected, and that true wellness comes from caring for all three.

My goal is to provide personalized massage and energy work that is both deeply relaxing and effective. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, helping you relieve pain, reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.
