Kimberly Reaves is a licensed massage therapist of more than 26 years. She has helped patients get back their life by helping them heal using "hands-on" techniques such as:

Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Gua Sha and other therapies that reduce inflammation/edema, swelling, pain while increasing healing and range of motion.

Kimberly has personally experienced pain and trauma from auto accidents and injuries giving her a personal perspective and understanding of pain, elevating her ability and compassion to help others. "SHE UNDERSTANDS PAIN!"

Her extensive training in Clinical Laboratory Science, Anatomy & Physiology, Lymphatic system, Post Surgical Therapies and a variety of modalities have assisted her in healing, educating her on how to help others with pain, injury and trauma.

Her certification in massage began after receiving massage therapy for multiple auto accidents which left her with permanent neck and low back/hip disabilities. The pain relief she received from massage moved her to share her healing experience with others and to educate them on ways to improve their quality of life through postural awareness, natural pain reduction, breathwork, stretching and strengthening.

She opened A New U Healing Arts Center in 2005-2010, specializing in treating patients involved in auto accidents, injuries, acute and chronic pain. Sharing her experiences with pain and injury calms clients because someone understands their pain and knows how to help!

Specializing in trauma for the last 26 years has led her to include pre/post surgical manual lymphatic drainage and Scar Release Therapy at North Florida Post Op Care. The goal is to help others find relief from surgery, injury, acute/chronic pain, tension and stress!
