Prenatal Massage:

Research from the American Pregnancy Association shows prenatal massage can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain and increase oxytocin hormone improving labor outcomes and newborn health.

Reflexology:

Reflexology is a great complimentary or alternative therapy that involves applying pressure to the feet or hands to stimulate nerves and encourage blood flow. It is believed by Reflexologist that applying pressure to specific points can help with digestion issues, menstrual cramps, chronic fatigue, arthritis, headaches, and congestion.

60 min Cathartic breath work session:

Can help with headaches, asthma, cardiovascular health, energy levels, stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, emotional scars, negative thought pattern, boost immune system, clear past traumas, can be an effective supplementary form of addiction treatment.
