We Do Not offer deep tissue massage. Instead we use medium pressure and Myofascial Release to reduce knots and tension. This gentle, sustained technique is more effective than deep tissue–relieving tension/knots for a longer period of time, while protecting both client and therapist from the risks of nerve damage linked to deep tissue massage.

Our focus is targeted to specific structural patterns to reduce pain at its source. For this reason, we do not work on the entire body in a single session. To achieve lasting results, we prioritize freeing restrictions in either the upper or lower body first. Once these primary areas have been successfully released and stabilized, we move on to integrate the rest of the body.
