Welcome to Four Directions Massage.

Like the Circle which encompasses traditional knowledge, I consider myself well-rounded. I look to aid you in wellness for every season of your life. While much of my work is focused on athletic recovery and injury treatment, I love to provide a deeply relaxational massage.

Please note, due to the historic nature of the building I operate out of, Four Directions is not ADA accessible. There is a flight of stairs and no elevator. It is very disappointing to not be able to provide the level of service I would like to everyone. If you are interested in my services and need accommodations, I am more than happy to discuss a mobile massage arrangement.

Insurance patients MUST have a prescription from their doctor with an ICD code PRIOR to your appointment. Please contact me directly for more information.
