Hi, I’m Lianne—a licensed massage therapist with a gentle, nervous system-aware approach designed especially for women who are ready to feel better in their bodies without pushing through pain.

My sessions are calm and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate the modalities of myofascial release, Swedish, therapeutic cupping, deep tissue and craniosacral thearpy to help reduce pain, improve mobility and circulation, and create space for you to relax and reset.

I also offer guided breathwork sessions as a powerful complement to bodywork. Breathwork is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and calm your nervous system—especially during times of transition, overwhelm, or burnout.
