Ever since I was a child, I've been drawn to the art of massage. As a child of six or seven, I found joy in offering comfort through massage to my parents after their long, labour-intensive days. I still vividly remember the moment my mother told me that massage could be more than just a nurturing gesture — it could be a profession. It was as astonishing to me as being told I could eat ice cream for a living!

This early revelation sparked a journey that led me to become the owner and founder of Pure Harmony Mobile Massage, where I bring personalized massage experiences to clients in Owen Sound and the surrounding areas.

With over 20 years as a massage practitioner, my approach is shaped by years of attentive, hands-on work. For 16 of those years, I also supported clients as a birth doula—offering bodywork and mindfulness through some of life’s most intense and intimate moments.

Teaching mindfulness was part of my practice for over a decade. That foundation still guides the way I listen, adapt, and respond in each session. Labour massage, especially, taught me to read the body’s subtle cues and to meet people where they are—skills I now bring to every client, in every stage of life.

I approach each session with presence, curiosity, and a quiet confidence in the body’s capacity to soften and shift.

Beyond massage, I'm committed to community and family support. Whether it's leading meditation, teaching baby sign language, or organizing family events, these activities are an extension of my passion for holistic wellness.
