Relax and Unwind

I was attracted to massage because of the benefits of relaxaton and focus. Every person can do their job better when they are not not tense and can focus on what is happening in the present. Massage allows one to get back to that place, affording a more relaxed and enjoyable life.

Attending Twin Rivers Therapeutic Massage Academy prepared me for Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, hot stones, and pregnancy massage.

Inspired Hands Massage by Julia covers the Lewis Clark Valley. Traveling to each person allows them to relax in their own environment. Using my hands as well as my heart, helps my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable.

I challenge myself to actively continue learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.
