My name is Louisa Sipp. To those who know me, I’m known as Weezie.

Though I am a Georgia native, I have been fortunate enough to call Bozeman home for the last nine years. Like so many others here, I, too fell in love with the mountains, rivers, and valleys in between. When I could come out on my own, I came to stay and never looked back.

My journey to massage therapy is actually inspired by my love of nature, and my wanting to be able to be in nature and enjoy it with a body that can perform its best for years to come. Receiving massage helps me keep my body in tune. Giving massage allows me to help others here who also love to hike, run, ski, snowboard, rock climb, be prepared to push themselves a bit — be it on the trail or picking up toddlers!

So we’re able to do, and feel, our best, in the doing and in the recovery.

In addition to massage therapy, I am also certified as a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer. My focus on corrective exercise, to help clients use movement as medicine.

Learning new ways to move the body can help prevent and heal injuries, while at the same time adding strength and endurance.

In my mind, massage therapy and exercise, especially in complementary combination, are essential tools to improving our wellbeing, physically and mentally.
