Reflexology is a time-honored and scientifically validated method of bodywork that stimulates healing through precise and coordinated working of reflex points on the hands, feet, or ears. When reflex areas are worked in a specific way, changes occur in other parts of the body - changes that relax the target area and improve blood flow, nerve impulse, and bioelectrical energy so the body can normalize itself.

An integrated reflexology session is typically one hour of work on feet, hands and outer ears, with customized application of therapeutic essential oils. 90-minute options allow for deep relaxation and a more profound healing response. Additional Essential oil packages for targeted relief are available as 10 add-ons.

Most people find every session to be relaxing and refreshing but additional work is generally needed to address specific issues. Noticeable changes may come about after three or four sessions, while most studies demonstrate that the greatest breakthroughs in health come after 8-12 weekly sessions, followed by regular "tune-ups". My signature session is my 90-minute "Sole to Soul Reset". I use a special set of high frequency essential oils in combination with a unique reflex point protocol, prayer and guided intention-setting that allows the body to simply and easily release emotional trauma and unhelpful beliefs. Many people have experienced life changing results, including spiritual, emotional, and physical outcomes.
