I have been a Massage Therapist for over two decades and have a genuine care and concern for my clients.

I offer many different types of Massage Therapy for people of various occupations; such as Athletes, Healthcare, Tradesmen, to Clientele and College Students who are sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

I offer various modalities incorporating Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial stretching for neck and lower back pain as well as PNF, and Physical Therapy circulation techniques in all of my sessions.

For clients that have foot sensitivity due to being on their feet a lot or you may be experiencing planter fasciitis; there are various methods which I can apply and share with you that you can encompass daily to help speed up your recovery time.

Youth under the age of 18 who are seeking an appointment are required to have a parent or Guardian present. If you are scheduling for your child, please schedule the appointment using their name and indicate in the notes when scheduling that they are under 18.

I use massage and manuel therapy techniques to treat the following conditions:

- Low back pain and tightness

- Text neck/ shoulder pain

- Plantar Fasciitis

- TMJ

- Tendinitis

- Hip injuries

- Sciatica

- Psoas tightness/weakness

- Clients in general that have pain discomfort or overall muscle soreness.
