Alethea Pace, co-founder of ELEVATE NYC, is absolutely fascinated by the human body. Since 2007 she has shared that enthusiasm with her clients at gyms, spas, corporate offices and in private practice. She is committed to continuously challenging and deepening her understanding of the body by furthering her education. Alethea has studied massage therapy at the Swedish Institute in NYC and structural integration at Kinesis Myofascial Integration in Maine and holds certifications in sports massage, nerve and artery mobilization and anatomy in motion (AIM). She views every session as an opportunity to evoke a holistic sense of body awareness, alignment and well being and to help a client get closer to realizing their potential.
