My Approach to Bodywork

I offer a responsive and intuitive approach to bodywork that supports nervous system regulation, relieves areas of restriction, tension and pain, and helps the body move and function with greater ease.

Each session is individualized, drawing from Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and Therapeutic Massage. Your session may blend all 3 modalities or focus on just one. You don’t need to know what modality you need before you come in. We can discuss, assess and decide together.

I listen to you and how your body responds, allowing that information to guide our work together. My approach looks beyond individual muscles or symptoms and to consider how restrictions throughout the body may be contributing to pain, tension or changes in function.

In addition to individualized bodywork sessions, I offer Pregnancy Massage, as well as gentle bodywork for newborns and infants, including support for feeding-related concerns.

With 30 years of experience as a massage therapist and a previous six-year career in nursing, including pediatrics and labor & delivery, I bring a depth of clinical experience and understanding to my work with clients throughout the lifespan.

Office appointments are available in Bala Cynwyd, PA starting October 1, 2026

New clients: To make sure that my practice is a good fit for your needs, I ask that all new clients contact me before scheduling their first appointment.

Newborn and infant visits: These continue to be offered as a home-visit service and are not available through online booking. Please reach out to schedule.
