30 minutes is a good time for a specific body part. Your neck/back, front/back legs & feet etc. It can be spot work for a specific problem.

60 minutes for a full body Massage. Each massage is custom to the client.

90 Minutes for a full body massage with Reflexology (if you like your feet done). If you don't like your feet done, 90 minutes is a good amount of time for massage and relaxation.
