I've been practicing massage for 17 years. I truly and honestly believe in massage therapy. Massage Therapy is an important component of living a healthy lifestyle. It promotes healing, increased oxygen and blood flow, removal of toxins from muscles, and helps maintain optimum body function.

I was trained at Parker College of Massage Therapy, and knowledgeable in many Massage Techniques such as; Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pre-natal, Sports Massage, Headache and Sinus Relief. and my favorite Hot Stone Massage. With my background and years of experience in massage, I am one who takes a different approach to massage.
