I’m Heather, the massage therapist behind HMT, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all massage. Every session starts with how you’re feeling that day and goes from there.

Sometimes that means focused work on something that’s been bothering you. Sometimes it means slowing things down and giving your body a chance to settle. Most of the time, it’s a little of both.

My approach is relaxed, a little eclectic, and centered on helping you feel better—not following a routine just because that’s what massage is “supposed” to look like.
