Hello, my name is Sarah. For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed helping people and making them feel better but in a natural way. So when I discovered the power and natural healing benefits of massage therapy I was hooked! I began my journey in the summer of 2009 by attending Southwestern College and obtaining my diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Technology and then taking the Ohio State Medical Board exam and receiving my certification in Massage Therapy. From there I started helping my friends, family and co-workers to heal from their everyday aches and pains. Eventually I began working with a chiropractor to give specialized care to those in need. Then I worked for a reputable spa where I furthered my knowledge and empathy for helping heal and relax people with their everyday troublesome yet chronic pain.

Here is where I started Holistic Healing Hands. I feel that I will be better equipped to help heal others through a more natural approach! I believe, as the ancient Indians and Chinese did, that illness and disease are caused by an imbalance or deficiency of energy of various pathways and when people are out of sync with the environment. Massage is believed to restore the body's natural and physical balance so that it can begin to heal naturally. Some practitioners even applied herbs and oils in combination with massage to treat various medical conditions.
