My goal is to assist your body to find it's own way back to health and you back to the life you want to live. I do so through various wellness practices such as therapeutic massage, energy work, sound balancing, and personal coaching. I am currently in training to become a Biofield Tuning practitioner, which brings energy integration to a whole new level.
