My goal is to assist your body to find it's own way back to health and you back to the life you want to live. I do so through various wellness practices such as therapeutic massage, somatic work, sound balancing, and personal coaching.

If you want to get to know your body and yourself, come see me. If you want to evolve spiritually and emotionally, come see me. If you want to learn to let go of what no longer serves you and look at life from a much better positive point of view, come see me. If you just want to get perspective and unbiased objective advice, come see me.

Together we'll find the answers that best fit you so you can be the best version of yourself.
