CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that evaluates and supports the craniosacral system, including the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Emotional, chemical, and physical stressors can create restrictions within this system, disrupting nervous system regulation and contributing to pain, illness, and dysfunction.

Using light, precise touch at specific points along the cranium and sacrum, CranioSacral Therapy helps release these restrictions, improve spinal fluid motion, and support the body’s inherent capacity for self-regulation and healing. This approach is effective in addressing chronic and acute pain, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, mental health concerns, and neurological issues.
