Sandra Viviana Orozco Franco is the Founder of Total Balance Wellness & Spa, an integrative wellness and medical massage practice established in 2017 in Brooksville, Florida. Born in Cali, Colombia, she began her healthcare career as a Physical Therapist specializing in Sports Rehabilitation, developing a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, injury recovery, and functional movement.

After relocating to the United States in 2013, Sandra expanded her professional expertise by becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician. This advanced training allows her to integrate medical massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, and advanced aesthetic treatments to support pain relief, post-surgical recovery, skin health, and overall wellness.

Sandra holds advanced certifications in Medical Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, Kinesiotaping, Sports and Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, HydraFacial, Anti-Aging Facials, and Intimate Skin Treatments. Her work reflects a holistic yet highly professional philosophy, emphasizing ethical practice, client safety, and individualized, results-driven care.

She is an active member of the Association of Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) since 2016 and the Association of Skin Care Professionals (ASCP) since 2022.
