Hi, I am Erin Fitzgerald. I am a native of Appalachia, a skilled Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Light Worker. The core value of my practice is Metta, or loving kindness meditation, a Buddhist practice for cultivating love and compassion for myself and others through friendly words and goodwill.

My approach to healing is heart centered, intuitive, unique, and holistic. I often blend different massage styles, like Swedish and Thai Yoga Massage. At times I use tool assisted modalities such as cupping and gua sha to achieve desired results. I am especially skilled at myofascial release, which helps your muscles and connective tissues relax with less pain than other techniques. Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. I also incorporate Light Language, or speaking in tongues into my healing work. This cosmic channel of frequency in sound can facilitate healing on multidimensional levels.

What makes my work special is that I don't just follow a set routine. I use my intuition to figure out what each person needs. So, whether you're feeling tense physically or emotionally, my massages are tailored just for you, because I will always hold space for whatever you are dealing with, whether it is stress, pain, emotional issues, or trauma. I believe that massage can help not only your body but also your spirit. I help you unlock the door to your well-being which facilitates your healing journey, both inside and out.

I am available by appointment on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am-6pm at my studio at 549 Merrimon Ave Asheville NC 28804. I am available by appointment at Sundarah Wellness center in Maggie Valley NC on Tuesdays 10am-5pm, Thursdays 2:30om-6:30pm, Fridays 10am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-3pm.
