What is Fascia Stretch Therapy? Check out the highlights below:

Fascia Stretch Work:
A technique used to stretch not just the muscles, but to lengthen and release tension in the fascia while loosening up areas of trauma and/or scar tissue.

Stretch Wave
A method similar to massage therapy that manually loosens up the tissue being worked in order to prepare it for stretching. The Stretch Wave was developed as part of the Fascia Stretch Therapy™ brand. It is very relaxing, so don’t be surprised if you fall asleep while being worked on.

Joint Tractioning:
During your session we will create space in your joints using gentle traction. This is similar to what chiropractors do, but at a less aggressive rate. Traction, along with circumduction and oscillation will aid in alleviating pain, improving mobility, and helping to release endorphins, which can improve mood and sleep.

Percussive Work:
Your session may also include our percussion work using the massage gun to increase blood flow, aid in better nutrient delivery to muscles, faster recovery, and preparing you for a deeper stretch.
