I began my massage career in November, 2008. Within this time frame, I have seen many complicated conditions, chronic illness, muscle pain, injuries, limited range of motion, sore muscles or for other reasons. Some clients want to relax and unwind with Swedish, Hot Stone or Aromatherapy massage. Some prefer a more therapeutic type of massage using some of the other techniques in my toolbox.

I use various techniques to customize the sessions depending on what the client need at the time. I have taken classes and training for Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Massage Cupping, Myofascial, Cranial Sacral, Neuromuscular Therapy, Active/Passive Stretching, Muscle Energy Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Quantum Energy work and Microcurrent Point Stimulation.
