We are professional massage therapists with advanced certifications obtained in 2008 and 2010 in the Arvigo techniques of Maya abdominal therapy and Carol Osborne-Sheets pre/post natal massage.

The Arvigo techniques of abdominal therapy guide pelvic organs into the proper position encouraging optimal circulation and function. This work is performed through the belly, during a non-invasive and blissful massage. Clients get abdominal massage at Belly&Bliss for fertility enhancement, menstrual health, uterine prolapse and digestive/urinary issues.

Our therapists are certified in pre/postnatal massage therapy and we love working with and supporting this population during such a momentous and potentially challenging time in their lives. Receiving pre/postnatal massage can offer optimal mother/baby well-being, alleviation of common discomforts, support the mom-to-be and rehabilitate the core post birth.
